The Things I didn’t Tell the Flowers
This is a small collection of memories from our last trip to Ilhabela, Brazil. The images were minimally edited to portray the environment as close to reality as possible. They come alongside some of the things I was reminded during the time I spent there. I didn't tell the flowers about it, but I’m telling you.
That life is short, and facing death daily is the only way forward.
But being alive is a fucking privilege.
That those who deserve you will fight to be in your life. And that being in your life is also a privilege.

And that no matter how bad you think things are, today will always be over and you’ll have a new chance tomorrow.
And tomorrow will be fucking amazing. You’ll make it that way.
And that faith (on anything), will get you further. Believe.

And that what you have is exactly what you need. That the best things in life have no price. That nature and this planet are the best we’ve got. That real love is unconditional. And lastly, that who I was yesterday does not determine who I am today. Reinvention is the secret. Don’t be afraid to shed your old skin.
